Pizza not bad I taked 2 pizza, the taste was good but i payed too much, very expensive and i waited a long for only 2 Pizza's. I will come another time and i hope i don't need to wait to much

Pizza just underground. the pizzas they got were unfortunately very bad. There was no mozzarella on the pizza mozzarella, instead cheaper grated cheese. We ordered a pizza mozzarella with buffalo mozzarella instead of normal mozzarella, the change was charged with 100% surcharge, so the pizza cost twice as much. Otherwise very sparse topping, all pizzas very dry. Unfortunately by far the worst pizzas we have been served in years.

We had a very nice evening. The service was good as always. Empty glasses were filled immediately. The quality of the food was very good. The requests outside the menu were also fulfilled. Our evening was very pleasant and perfect.

The pizzas are ok but nothing outstanding. I assume the good reviews are based on the food different than a pizza. Some of the personnel seem to have a different understanding of friendliness.

A friendly and noble restaurant, unfortunately not as good as its reputation. Ingredients such as truffles, porcini mushrooms and buffalo mozzarella make a dish exquisite and expensive, but unfortunately not just better. The restaurant captivates with its classic simple Italian dishes, which are of a moderate price and are in no way inferior in quality and service to a regular Italian restaurant. Exquisite dishes on the day menu or the starter menu are priced in other dimensions, but as mentioned, due to the exquisite ingredients, not due to taste or special creativity. All in all a good Italian, with very good, very polite staff and relaxed atmosphere.

Best italian food in Munich

One of the best Italian local where you can eat in Munich and the surrounding area. For 20 years constant super quality in terms of food and the service is phenomenal as the boss serves the customers personally a nice family business, and who complained about no place to get without a reservation, who also did not want to wait and for very special He should then go to McDonald's eat because he is served immediately.

We happened to be there for the Bauma Fair and in the evening we had to have dinner and a lady from the hotel staff where we were staying advised us to eat at the Carretto. And we thanked him so much because we really were really happy with both the food and the staff. For the duration of the dinner we really felt at home. We relied on the advice of the staff and we left really happy. It truly deserves all 5 stars. Thank you

Both the food and service are of the highest quality here in Vaterstetten. I was blown away at how delicious the meal was at Il Carretto. My fiancé and I ordered the special of the day and were not disappointed at all! We look forward to having another meal here!

Delicious italian food with a good service. Easy to find - close to the main road and besides the SBahn and HypoVereinsbank. Huge parking lot close by. A really good place for celebrations or sit outside in summertimes.

Service was slow and seemed confused about the bill. Food was ok. The Tartufo looked rather cheap.
